Notice of Annual Meeting of Members

Notice is hearby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of CUNA Mutual Holding Company, an Iowa mutual insurance holding company, will be held virtually via online webcast on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 8:15 AM CT and at any adjournment or postponement thereof ("Meeting") for the purpose of electing three members of the Board of Directors and transacting such other business as may properly come before the Meeting. The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on Monday, March 31, 2025, as the record date for the determination of those members entitled to vote at the Meeting. Eligible members may attend the Meeting electronically and vote, or vote by proxy. An eligible member may request a proxy card by calling 855.261.2190. Proxies must be received in good order by no later than 5:00 PM CT on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
